MEETING/CONVENTION TICKETS

Combine your Pittcon Conference and Exposition experience with a vacation for the entire family. Pittcon is offering specially priced Walt Disney World® 2012 Meeting/Convention tickets.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

• All ticket sales must be prepaid, and all sales are final. There will be no refund on ticket purchases.


• All ticket purchases will be only be available for pick up onsite, on Thursday, March 15, from 2:30 – 3:00 pm at the Disney Booth in the Pittcon Registration area. You must have your Pittcon conference badge to pick up your tickets. Please note: No tickets will be mailed or distributed prior to this date and time.

HOW TO ORDER TICKETS

• Any time up to Monday, March 12, 2012, you may order your Disney tickets through the Pittcon conference registration process. There will be a section that will allow you to order as many tickets as you would like.
  
  
• If you have already registered, and decide later that you would like to add a ticket purchase, all you have to do is log back into your registration account, and add the tickets to your order.
  
  
• Beginning Monday morning, March 12, you will no longer be able to purchse tickets through the registration process; however, you will be able to purchase Disney tickets at the Disney booth which will be located next to the registration area. Cash or credit card only.
  
  

DISCOUNTED TICKET OPTIONS COMPLIMENTS OF PITTCON 2012

After – 4 p.m. Meeting & Convention Disney Ticket $42 Adult and Child price
$10 savings ~ compliments of Pittcon (regularly $52) Designed with a busy schedule in mind. An After 4:00 p.m. Meeting/Convention Ticket allows you to visit one Walt Disney World® Theme Park after 4:00 pm. Prices are per person and include tax.

1-Day, 1-Park Disney Ticket $80.53 Adult and $74.14 Child
$10 savings ~ compliments of Pittcon (regularly $90.53 Adult ages 10+ / $84.14 Child ages 3 – 9 / Under 3 are free) Prices are per person and include tax.

2-Day, 1-Park Disney Ticket $151.03 Adult and $138.57 Child
In addition to the 10% savings on a 2-day ticket, you receive a complimentary BONUS visit to any one (1) of the following: Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park, DisneyQuest® Indoor Interactive Theme Park, ESPN Wide World of Sports or a round of golf at Disney’s Oak Trail Golf Course, There’s also an additional $10 off ~ compliments of Pittcon!
