- Please note: if you have submitted information for our Preliminary Program, you do not need to resubmit this for the Final Program unless you would like to make any changes.

Conferee brochures are available at no charge to all exhibitors. Brochures are 6" x 9" in 4-color on lightweight glossy paper. Makes a great stuffer for customers' packets, insert into invoices, a mailing, or as a handout for your salespeople.

- Mixers on
the floor will be held in five different locations on the
exposition floor (booth #1258, 2231, 5407, 5754, and in Jackson Square)
on Tuesday, March 4 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and on Thursday, March 6
from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Label &
Email Service to Pittcon conferees (send a dedicated email from
your company or purchase labels to send a mailing) is available

Ceremonies - Let us know if your company is planning any award
ceremonies in your booth or offsite that are open to the general
public, and we may post it on our website. Please send a summary of
your event to marketing@pittcon.org.
