In appreciation for your support of Pittcon 2010, we will be hosting a very special private event at Universal Studios®.
WHEN: Wednesday, March 3, 2010
TIME: 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm
WHERE: Universal Studios® Florida
All registered attendees with badges for Pittcon 2010 are eligible for one of the limited number of complimentary wristbands that will serve as your admission to this event.
Each registered attendee may purchase up to 4 wristbands per person for the discounted price of $10.00 each to allow your family and friends to join you. Children ages 4 and under will not need a wristband to ride the bus or for admission to Universal StudiosŪ, as long as they are accompanied by an adult wearing a wristband.
There will be no group pick-ups for the complimentary wristbands, each person must present their own badge to be scanned.
Please Note: There will be a limited number of complimentary and discounted wristbands available for this event.

The free ticket and discounted tickets can ONLY be claimed onsite at Pittcon 2010 during the following times:
Pick-up tickets at the Pittcon Booth
Booth #1575
Monday and Tuesday, March 1 and 2
9:00 am to 4:00 pm
Wednesday, March 3
9:00 am to 3:00 pm
Wristbands for this event are NOT available at Universal StudiosŪ. Wristbands cannot be replaced for any reason; if yours is lost, you will need to purchase a new one.

| Shuttle Bus Service to and from the Universal StudiosŪ |
Pittcon 2010 is providing transportation to and from the Park. Buses will depart for Universal StudiosŪ beginning at 6:15 p.m. from all Pittcon hotels, including the Peabody Orlando, Rosen Centre, and Rosen Plaza.
Attendees will be permitted to board the shuttle buses ONLY if they are wearing their wristband. The last bus will depart from conference hotels to the Park at 8:30 p.m.
Early departure from the Park back to conference hotels begins at 9:00 p.m., with the last bus departing the Park at 11:30 p.m.
If you are driving your own vehicle, you will need to park in the parking garage. If arriving by taxi or private vehicle, your entrance to the Park can ONLY be made at the VIP Guest Services Lobby beginning at 7 P.M.
All attendees boarding the shuttle buses or taking alternate transportation to Universal StudiosŪ MUST be wearing their wristband for admission into the Park.
