Overview
Laboratories are continually pushed to do more with less; less headcount, less equipment, smaller budgets, etc. At the same time, the requirements on the analytical laboratory are increasing; more samples, increased customer valid requirements, etc. Analytical laboratory managers are forced to do their jobs differently in order to meet these demands. This workshop will focus on sharing the best practices with regard to the use of statistics to make the analytical processes more efficient, more effective, and result in better customer service. The speakers will discuss their particular contributions in the context of case studies, providing practical examples to the attendees, which can be applied to their own laboratories.
