What are the dates and location for the Technical Program for Pittcon 2008?
The Technical Program will be held from Sunday, March 2 through Thursday, March 6, 2008. All program sessions will be held at the Morial Convention Center, New Orleans, LA, USA.
Can I still submit a suggestion/proposal for a symposium, workshop, or organized contributed session for Pittcon 2008?
No. We have our program in place for Pittcon 2008. You will have to wait until March 2008 to submit a suggestion for Pittcon 2009.
Can I still submit an abstract?
No. The technical program is closed and we are no longer accepting abstracts.
Why am I not in the Preliminary Program if my abstract was accepted?
In most cases, the Preliminary Program was printed (was printed in October 2007) before your abstract was accepted. It will appear in the Final Program.
If I witdrew my abstract, why am I still in the Preliminary Program?
In most cases, the Preliminary Program was printed (was printed in October 2007) before your abstract was withdrawn. It will not appear in the Final Program.
Is there a charge for attending a technical session ?
You must register for the Conference and pay the accompanying fee in order to attend a technical session.

When will the Final Program and CD be available?
You can pick up both the Final Program and the CD Rom at the conference in New Orleans.

How do I withdraw my abstract?
You must submit your request to program@pittcon.org Only the presenting author can make the request to withdraw an abstract.
