XOS

Wednesday, March 5, 2008
11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Room 357

XOS announced the introduction of the first portable sulfur analyzer that provides reliable quality results - from ultra low sulfur diesel and gasoline, to marine fuels and crudes. The SINDIE 7039 OTG analyzer is the ultimate dual use portable and bench-top sulfur analyzer and uses the widely trusted Monochromatic WD XRF technique per ASTM D7039. MWD XRF is a direct measurement technique and does not require sample conversion, consumable gases or elevated temperature operating conditions. The analyzer measures sulfur concentrations from 1.0 ppm up to 10 wt% and is designed for use in refinery laboratories, for process trouble shooting, in pipeline terminal applications as well as for marine on-board use and mobile test vans.

SINDIE OTG uses preassembled ACCU-CELL sample cups, designed to keep the sample and the cup free of external contamination and particles. ACCU-CELL cups eliminate the need for the user to put together the various separate film and cup components.
