WITec will highlight new developments in the field of high resolution optical and scanning probe microscopy with a special focus on the new automated alpha500" microscope series. It is the first instrument on the market to combine Atomic Force Microscopy for nanoscale topography imaging and Confocal Raman Microscopy for chemical 3-D imaging in an automated system for large samples. In conjunction with the new "Ultrafast Raman Imaging Option" the system sets a new cutting-edge standard in acquisition speed and sensitivity.
