What are the dates, times and location for the Pittcon 2008 exposition?The exposition dates / times for Pittcon 2008 are as follows: Monday - Wednesday, March 3-5, 2008 from 9AM - 5PM Thursday, March 6, 2008 from 9AM - 3PM. The exposition will be located in the ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, Louisiana.When are the 2008 Booth Space Agreement and payment due?2008 Booth Space Agreement and payment must be received by July 30 to be eligible for first round assignments. However, Booth Space Agreements and payments will be accepted through February 20, 2008.Can I purchase the attendee list from Pittcon 2007?Attendee information (Label Sales) is available to all companies who have exhibited at Pittcon 2007. For more information, contact the Pittcon Mailing List Coordinator at 412-963-7440 ext.353.When will booth assignments be made?First round booth assignments will begin within one week following the July 30, 2007 due date. All booth assignments will be mailed to each Exhibitor no later than mid October 2007.When will the Exhibitor Service Manual be sent?The service manual will begin shipping in early November, 2007. NEW this year....Exhibitors can request the manual in either the traditional 3-ring binder format or on a CD ROM.Where can I find my ID Number?Exhibitor ID numbers are located on the front of the booth space agreement. The ID number is the first set of numbers before the dash.How many badges does an exhibitor receive?Six Badges are allotted for every 10' x 10' space purchased. This includes four exhibitor registration and two corporate guest badges per booth. A corporate guest would be your company's special client / guests that you wish to invite to Pittcon. Each Corporate Guest will be entitled to the Exhibit Hall, Technical Program, shuttle transportation, CD of Abstracts, registration souvenir and Conference Mixers. You are entitled to two Corporate Guest badges for each booth purchased which counts against you total allotment of six. If you require additional Corporate Guest badges, they can be purchased for an additional fee.How do I ensure my company information will appear in the Final Program?To check if The Pittsburgh Conference has received your company information for our publications, please click here and then find your company's name in the list. If there is nothing under "Company Information" for your company, then we have not received your information and nothing othe than your company name and address will appear in the Final Program. To correct this, please contact the Exposition Department at expo@pittcon.org.Can I get a list of the registered media members who will be attending Pittcon 2008?Yes. Follow this link. Once registration opens, you can get a list of registered media which will be updated weekly.What is the Exhibitor-Distributor Facilitation Program and How Can I Participate in It ?Exhibitor-Distributor Facilitation is a networking service which provides an efficient and easy way for exhibitors and distributors to connect at Pittcon 2008. A database containing information about exhibitors seeking distributors and distributors searching for products to distribute, obtaining licensing agreements, or act as a sales representative to exhibiting companies will be available to help facilitate the connection process between interested parties.
