Exhibitor-Distributor Facilitation is a networking service which provides an efficient and easy way for exhibitors and distributors to connect at Pittcon 2008.  A database containing information about exhibitors seeking distributors and distributors searching for products to distribute, obtaining licensing agreements, or act as a sales representative to exhibiting companies will be available to help facilitate the connection process between interested parties.

• The Exhibitor Form is for any exhibitors seeking distributors for their product.
  
• The Distributor Form is for any conferee or exhibitor searching for product(s) to distribute.

All exhibitors, distributors, and conferees who wish to participate in this service, must be registered attendees for Pittcon 2008.

Once you have submitted a form, your information will be entered into our exhibitor/distributor facilitation database for access at Pittcon 2008.

Once you arrive at Pittcon, please go to the Exhibitor/Distributor Facilitation Booth 5603, and a Committee member or Conference Week Staff will be available to help you to connect with either an exhibitor or a distributor, depending on your needs.  You will also be given access to a small meeting area where you will be able to conduct business with your exhibitor/distributor.

The hours of operation are the same as expo hours:

• Monday - Wednesday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

The deadline to submit your Exhibitor or Distributor form is March 14, 2008.
