  Welcome to the Pittcon®2007 Exhibitor Services site. Planning is well underway for Expo 2007. You may obtain more information, forms and/or instructions for these activities by clicking on the links below.

The Exhibitor-Distributor Facilitation is a networking service which provides an efficient and easy way for exhibitors and distributors to connect at Pittcon 2007. A database containing information about exhibitors seeking distributors and distributors searching for products to distribute, obtaining licensing agreements, or act as a sales representative to exhibiting companies will be available to help facilitate the connection process between interested parties. In order to add your information to the database, please print, complete, and mail or fax the appropriate form (below). The Exhibitor Form is for any exhibitors seeking distributors; the Distributor Form is for any conferee or exhibitor searching for product(s) to distribute. To submit an Exhibitor Form, click here. To submit a Distributor Form click here. Once you have submitted this form, your information will be entered into our exhibitor/distributor facilitation database for access at Pittcon 2007. Once you arrive at Pittcon, please go to the Exhibitor/Distributor Facilitation Booth #5079, and a Committee member or Conference Week Staff will be available to help you to connect with either an exhibitor or a distributor, depending on your needs. You will also be given access to a small meeting area where you will be able to conduct business with your exhibitor/distributor.

We are again offering exhibitors the opportunity to participate in the "Lunch & Learn" Sessions at Pittcon® 2007 on Monday through Wednesday of Conference Week. These sessions give exhibitors an opportunity to host a luncheon for up to 10 attendees and provide an opportunity for more in-depth discussion of your company's products and services. As a special consideration for our conferees, The Pittsburgh Conference will provide complimentary 128 kb wireless internet access for the public areas of the South Building during Pittcon 2007. This limited access service does not include the exposition hall, and is not intended to replace high speed traffic access that vendors may require.
