Dear Exhibitor:

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting with the Pittsburgh Conference.  This package includes the Exhibitor Booth Space Agreement for Pittcon® 2007 and other information that will be important for you as you begin to plan for next year’s show.  We look forward to working with you to make the 2007 Pittsburgh Conference in Chicago a great success for your company!

Please note the following items:

• The Exposition dates are February 26 to March 1, 2007

• Exposition hours are:
  • Monday through Wednesday from 9:00AM-5:00PM
  • Thursday from 9:00AM-3:00PM
  • The Pittsburgh Conference will use the South Hall A1-A2 of McCormick Place.

 

• Move-In / Display installation in the Center will be permitted beginning Wednesday, February 21, 2007.  Installation must be completed by Monday, February 26, 2007 at 8:00AM.  Labor will not be available on Sunday unless prearranged by you.  Exhibitors will not be permitted to transport or install show equipment during the exhibit hours.

• The price of a 100 sq ft (10’ x 10’) booth is $2,150 and the price of adding a double decker booth, in increments of 100 square feet, (10’ x 10’) is $1,600. Double Decker booths are only available for island booth configurations.

• The prices for seminar rooms are $6,700.00 without a ceiling and $8,000.00 with a ceiling.  You must have an exhibit booth in order to rent a seminar room.

• The maximum height of the exhibit floor this year is 20’.

• There are a number of significant changes to the display rules, so please read all of the 2007 Display Rules and  Regulations carefully to make sure that you will be in compliance.  If you have any questions about whether your booth is in compliance, you may send us the booth design or booth layout for approval before the show.  You can e-mail your plan to expo@pittcon.org or fax your plan to (412) 825-0366 by January 8, 2007.

• The Pittsburgh Conference regrets that we will not be able to check booth assignments for companies that you may not want to be near.  While the Conference will attempt to not place companies near known competitors, we cannot assume responsibility if your assignment is close to a competitor.

• The show closes at 3:00PM on Thursday, March 1, 2007.  We require that your booth be staffed and not dismantled until 3:01PM on Thursday.  While we will make every effort to expedite your dismantling and departure from the hall, our best estimate is that all your crates and packaging materials will not be returned until midnight. Make your travel arrangements accordingly.

• Please note the enclosed Exhibitor Program Information and the Exhibitor Product Categories.  This information should be submitted by following the directions on each form.  This information will appear in a number of places available to your potential customers.

Please return the Booth Space Agreement and other information before the published deadlines to ensure that your space is reserved.  Look for the Exhibitor’s Service Manual with additional information to arrive in November.
