Penny Gardner and Central Elementary Students Shine at Science Olympiad

Central Elementary has been hosting the Science Olympiad event for fourth and fifth-graders for more than 20 years and the model is spreading throughout Western Pennsylvania and across state lines with the help of the Spectroscopy Society of Pittsburgh.
