EXPO FLOOR MEETING SPACE / CUSTOMER CONTACT ROOMS
Looking for space on the exposition floor to meet with potential customers or employees? The Exposition Committee is offering rooms in the Customer Contact Room (Booth 570) and Meeting Space Rental (Seminar Room SR25) to our exhibitors to hold such events.
CUSTOMER CONTACT ROOMS
These rooms can be rented on a 2 hour basis:

Monday Wednesday: 9:30a 11:30a or 1:30p 3:30p
Thursday: 9:30a 11:30a
These rooms are available in two sizes:
| 10 x 10 | Seats approximately 10 people comfortably | Cost: $150 (per 2 hours) |
| 10 x 20 | Seats approximately 20 people comfortably | Cost: $300 (per 2 hours) |
Each room will come with a clothed round table and chairs, along with electric. Anything in addition will be the exhibitors responsibility to order.
MEETING SPACE RENTALS
This meeting space can be rented at a cost of $650.00 for 3 hours and 30 minutes:

Monday Wednesday: 9:00a 12:30p or 1:00p 4:30p
Thursday: 9:00a 12:30p
Meeting Space Rental Form
The room is constructed of sound-absorbing Velcro panels and will include the following: exposition-color carpeting, 2 draped table, 30 side chairs, 2 wastebaskets and electric. Any additional items or services will be the exhibitors responsibility to order.
